In addition to classes and therapeutic  massage services, we offer 200hr & Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings, Reiki Practitioner Trainings, Continuing Education for Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists and Professional Individual and Group Counseling Services to support deeper mental wellness.

Our vision is to empower our community through unconditional love and absolute respect, using healing arts and the simple comfort of a warm cup of tea to create a space where everyone belongs.
