Creatrix of Zen Landing Wellness

Licensed Massage Therapist , 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Natural Health Professional

Jess Beyer

I’ve always been natural-minded, but a pivotal turning point in my life happened in 2015 when I took a big leap into the very first yoga teacher training at Grow Yoga in Galloway, NJ. This experience felt like a rebirth, awakening my true self and giving me the courage to follow my passions. In 2017, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist, pouring my heart into each session and fostering a deep body-mind connection through intuitive healing.

In 2020, I wove my dreams into reality by opening Zen Landing Wellness Studio in Mays Landing, NJ. This space has become a sanctuary for me and my clients, where I share the gifts of yoga, bodywork and self healing. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who graduated from Canmore Counselling’s Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School, with specific training in prenatal yoga, yin yoga, creative sequencing, and kids yoga, I’ve created a (w)holistic approach to yoga that nurtures and supports diverse students. I’ve also had the privilege of learning from transformative trauma-informed yoga trainings with Street Yoga and The Holistic Life Foundation.

Currently, I’m diving deeper into my studies with an advanced somatic training for sensitive and intuitive healing practitioners. As a lifelong student, I’m fascinated by the dynamic interplay of modern neuroscience and the ancient wisdom of bodywork traditions. In this sacred exploration, I seek to cultivate a safe space where personal, ancestral, and collective healing can unfold, allowing each individual to reconnect with their inherent light and truth.

On a personal note, I am Mama to four beautiful daughters: Delilah, Tallulah, Fiona, and our sweet baby angel Aaliyah. They inspire me every day and remind me of the magic in the world. I share my life with my amazing husband, Drew, in the surrounding Mays Landing community. Together, we cherish the simple moments and the journey of growth, both personally and professionally. And love on our sweet rescue pit bull, Snoop.

Meet the Team

  • Alexis DiTullio

    Yoga Teacher

My yoga journey began in 2014, following years of training in Soo Bahk Do Moo Do Kwan, where I proudly tested for my 1st Degree Black Belt. It was a wonderful achievement, and I loved the intensity of martial arts, but deep down, I felt my body craved something kinder and gentler. Having always been curious about yoga, I decided it was the perfect time to explore this new path.

By 2018, I felt ready to deepen my practice further. I completed a transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 100-hour Soul Exploration program with Cailin at Golden Buddha Yoga in Ocean City, NJ, as well as my Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Blissful Yoga in Mullica Hill, NJ. I experienced profound changes through yoga, and I wanted to inspire others to cultivate calmness, health, happiness, and a stress-free life.

In addition to my initial training, I’ve pursued further education to enrich my offerings, including: Yoga Nidra Teacher Training; Chair Yoga Teacher Training; Chair Yin Yoga Training
Meditation Teacher Certification; Restorative Yoga; Usui Reiki III Mastership
Angelic Reiki: First and Second Degree
AromaTouch Technique; Sound Healing

In 2022, after moving to the area, I discovered Zen Landing Wellness. The studio felt warm and welcoming, and I knew immediately it was the right fit. I happily joined the Zen Team.

My classes are gentle, nourishing, and range from slow to moderate-paced, allowing ample time to explore poses, connect with breath, and release tension from body, mind, and spirit. I incorporate various styles and healing practices, including Pranayama, Breathwork, Mudra, Gentle Flow, Yin and Restorative Poses, Meditation/Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and Angelic Reiki. I often use crystal bowls and chimes, and sometimes introduce essential oils. Props play an essential role in my classes, and I love helping students find their unique version of each pose. Whether it’s blankets, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows, chairs, or the wall, I ensure that all students feel supported and welcome—no experience necessary.

Outside of yoga, I cherish time with my husband of 34 years, family, and friends. We enjoy boating, traveling, and being in nature, along with our beloved Mastiff, Zoey. I also have a passion for gardening, especially butterfly and hummingbird-friendly plants, and I’m experimenting with growing vegetables. Additionally, I love crocheting and cooking. With two grown sons, I’m excited to welcome my first grandchild this winter. After a fulfilling Nursing career in Critical Care, Mother-Baby, Care Management, and Supervision, I now enjoy this new chapter of life.

Donna was introduced to yoga over twenty-five years ago while living on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.  There she did Bikram Hot Yoga and then Prenatal Yoga while pregnant with her now 21 year old triplet boys.  In 2004 she and her family moved back to her home state of New Jersey and she took yoga classes whenever she could.

In February of 2015 she walked into Grow Yoga Baptist Hot Power Yoga in Galloway, NJ and realized how much she had missed a consistent yoga practice in her life.  She quickly became immersed in the studio by practicing every chance she could.  Within the first few months at Grow Yoga she participated in a program called 40 Days to a Personal Revolution and her life changed from that point on.  That program opened up her mind, body and spirit and gave her a new insight towards inner growth and peace.

In 2017 Donna completed her 200 hour teacher training at Grow Yoga.  She teaches Baptiste, Hatha, Vinyasa and Children’s Yoga and has participated and helped lead many 40 Days to a Personal Revolution programs.

  • Kyra Nunez

    Receptionist, yoga teacher

I discovered Zenlanding in March 2024, not knowing what to expect, but from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like I had found a home. Since then, I've embarked on a transformative journey through yoga teacher training, and I’m so grateful for the healing and growth it has brought into my life.

Yoga has helped me connect more deeply with myself—body, mind, and soul—and it’s my intention to guide others on that same path of presence and gratitude. My classes are centered around mindful movement, connecting with the breath, and cultivating a sense of peace and presence on the mat. I'm here to hold space for you, wherever you are on your journey, and together we’ll explore the power of showing up for yourself in the present moment.

  • Lea Brown

    Studio Manager

After a nerve injury in my foot ended my career in the food industry, I found my way to Zen Landing, a community that has been a true source of support and healing. This experience inspired me to shift my focus, and I’m now working towards an associate degree in arts at ACCC, with plans to major in psychology. My ultimate goal is to become an art therapist, helping others heal through creativity.

Zen Landing has provided the positive, encouraging environment I’ve been searching for, filled with people who are dedicated to personal growth and uplifting one another. When I’m not immersing myself in studies or connecting with the Zen community, you’ll find me enjoying the simple pleasures—snuggling up with my cat Mac, spending time with friends, or catching a concert or sporting event.
