  • Once you enter our space, please remove your shoes and place them in the cubbies provided for you. You may also leave anything you do not wish to take with you into the studio. There will either be a receptionist at the desk or the operator will lock the front door prior to your class/appointment starting.

    Yoga Classes

Please bring a yoga mat, water and anything you need to be comfortable. We can provide props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps and chairs. Those without memberships that need to borrow a mat can rent a mat for $3 (+tax) that can be paid to your instructor prior to class. All membership holders receive free mat rentals for the duration of their membership.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and grounded into our beautiful space. Please leave all cell phones and distractions out of the practice studio. Please leave rental mats on the floor so the instructor can clean after class. Once class has ended, feel free to enjoy a cup of tea while creating connection with our high vibe community✨

    Appointments

For any massage or energy healing appointments, please dress comfortably and if possible, please do not wear strong scents. We have a place for you in each room to hang or place clothing and to put any jewelry you wish to remove prior to your treatment. Intake forms must be filled out once per year. Please submit a new intake form for 2024 at your next appointment. The intake forms can be found in your confirmation and reminder email. Once your treatment ends, you have the option to stay awhile and enjoy a cup of tea 💗

    Workshops

Every workshop is different, but as a general rule we suggest to bring anything you need to be comfortable, including a yoga mat, water, journal and pen. Workshop facilitators typically provide anything extra you may need. We also have blankets, bolsters and chairs for you to use as needed. Facilitators sometimes use incense or smoke to clear out energy prior to their workshop. If you are extra sensitive to this, be sure to answer the questions that are provided during registration.

  • It’s best to start in our Yoga for Healing, Yin Yoga or Back to Basics classes. Our teachers are experienced with clients of all abilities and will always give you 1:1 attention. We recommend setting your mat up in the middle of the room so you can look around at the other bodies in class and follow their lead. Once you start to learn the names of the postures, the experience becomes much more natural. Even so, there will always be a teacher there to guide you along the way.

  • We offer something for everyone. Our style incorporates elements of anatomy based yoga, functional movement, tai chi and vinyasa flow; all with an emphasis on mindful breathing and self-awareness. Classes range from very gentle to mild movement. Teachers will always offer different options for beginning and advanced students, but please choose a class that speaks to your current level of ability.

  • We offer an easy-to-use automated booking system called MOMENCE. You must register yourself into class through the Momence system. Please download the Momence app OR scroll down this page for the schedule below. Once you find the class of your choice, click “BOOK”. You will have the option to choose a membership or pay with a card. Due to limited space and classes often having a waitlist, you must pay for your spot at the time of booking.

  • Absolutely! If you are feeling intimidated (which is totally normal!) consider starting with our Yin Yoga class. Many of our clients choose to start with a private session to address their unique needs and build up their confidence for class - ask us about it! All of our knowledgeable teachers will help you find the pose that’s right for your body. With consistent practice, your flexibility will improve tremendously! Friendly reminder: You don’t go to yoga because you are flexible, you go to yoga to GET flexible.

  • Wear clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear or loose-fitting sweats and t-shirts are best. Most women wear athletic pants and tops. Men generally wear athletic shorts (gym shorts or spandex) and t-shirts. Many practitioners bring layers, since your body’s temperature will rise during the active portions of class and fall during final relaxation.

  • We have everything you need except a yoga mat of your own. We provide all of the props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, chairs) you may need. We also suggest bringing water to stay hydrated and anything else you need to be comfortable.

  • Membership is our way of making yoga and wellness available to all — from the once a week warrior to the daily practitioner. These areMembership Change Request Form our most affordable payment options. We offer flexible tiers for both yoga and massage. You can freeze your account once per year for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months. These are auto-debited memberships but there's no minimum commitment, so you can cancel with 30 days notice by filling out our Membership Change Request Form, found at the front desk.

  • Yes, we highly recommend you register in advance on the Momence app. You can also reserve a space by registering for class online and we will hold your spot until the start of class. We cannot guarantee your spot if you are late. If there are open spots in class, they will always be open to walk-ins. Please note that failure to arrive for a reserved class or canceling a reservation less than two hours before the start of class will result in a $5 penalty. This policy is enforced.

  • 10 class pack and pre purchased appointments expire one year from the date of purchase.

  • You will not be charged when added to the waitlist, however, you will automatically be charged when moved from the waitlist to class. The waitlist is an automated system and it follows next in line. Please understand that once you add yourself to the waitlist, you could be added automatically into class up to two hours before class start time. If you are added to class from the waitlist and decide not to attend class, no refunds or credits will be given.
