Cathy Lentini (she/her)

Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and increased my self-confidence, on and off my mat. Yoga inspires me to love and live each moment more mindfully. In my classes, I seek to create an environment that invites my participants to connect with breath, explore postures, and deepen their practice by nurturing body, mind, and spirit. My hope is that you step off your mat after class feeling a balanced energy, a calm heart, and a peaceful mind to carry through your day.

Trish Britton (she/her)

Pellowah Practitioner

The name Pellowah was given to an energy healing technique first channeled in 2003 by Australian spiritual teacher Kachina Ma'an. The purpose of Pellowah is to increase your capacity for positive change. Directed by spirit through a series of dreams and visions, Kachina founded the Pellowah healing technique and began to train others in this new energy modality in 2004.

Unlike other forms of energy healing, Pellowah does not work through the practitioner. Pellowah is direct from source to the person receiving the healing. A practitioner receives the attunements that enable them to initiate the Pellowah energy and hold the healing space for the person receiving. There is no diagnosis or interpretation by the practitioner.

I have been working with Pellowah since early 2020. I traveled to Scotland to become certified under Julie Parker who was instructed by the founder, Kachina Ma'an. I have been working with a consistent client base for the past year, as well as participating in regular Pellowah "shares" (trading sessions with other Pellowah practitioners).

Pellowah can be a rich experience, for myself as well as my clients! Numerous benefits have been ascribed to Pellowah healing sessions, such as lightness and sense of well-being that increases over time, heightened instincts, increased feeling of peace and clearness of mind. At the end of each session, further time is allotted for discussion of the experience. Sharing, of course, is totally voluntary! You may choose to just sit quietly and enjoy the relaxation, or delve deeper into the experience. Before a session I ask that you are hydrated, have eaten a decent meal & that you you are not wearing any type of scent . Pellowah does require you to wear ear plugs and an eye mask, both of which are provided for you.

Donna Cushlanis (she/her)

Yoga Instructor

Donna was introduced to yoga over twenty-five years ago while living on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.  There she did Bikram Hot Yoga and then Prenatal Yoga while pregnant with her now 21 year old triplet boys.  In 2004 she and her family moved back to her home state of New Jersey and she took yoga classes whenever she could.

In February of 2015 she walked into Grow Yoga Baptist Hot Power Yoga in Galloway, NJ and realized how much she had missed a consistent yoga practice in her life.  She quickly became immersed in the studio by practicing every chance she could.  Within the first few months at Grow Yoga she participated in a program called 40 Days to a Personal Revolution and her life changed from that point on.  That program opened up her mind, body and spirit and gave her a new insight towards inner growth and peace.

In 2017 Donna completed her 200 hour teacher training at Grow Yoga.  She teaches Baptiste, Hatha, Vinyasa and Children’s Yoga and has participated and helped lead many 40 Days to a Personal Revolution programs.

Donna works in the special education department of a local school district as the financial secretary.  She enjoys spending time with her boys, her dog and cat, backpacking and practicing and teaching yoga.  She looks forward to learning and growing with all those she comes into contact with on and off her mat.

Jeannine Ingenito (she/her)

Yoga Instructor

During COVID, Jeannine re-introduced herself to yoga and her personal practice. She felt the calling to enroll in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Zen Landing, with the intention to deepen her personal practice. For Jeannine yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, and the breath.

As a middle school educator and enthusiastic lifelong learner, Jeannine seeks to honor the roots of yoga through her evolving practice on and off the mat. Jeannine enjoys spending time out in nature with her dogs.

Pat Roden (she/her)

Yoga Instructor

My yoga journey began in 2008. I tried a class at a local gym and was intrigued. I had been working out and " beating up " my body for years. Yoga was something that used my mind and spirit and was gentle on my body. I love the yoga community and have been fortunate to practice in many places. I became a yoga teacher in 2023 so that I could learn more about the history of yoga. I want to share my joy of the practice with others.

Vanessa Smith (she/her)

Yoga Instructor

Vanessa completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and got her certificate to teach yin yoga in 2020. Yoga is a life changing experience by bringing you closer to your authentic self and she wants to provide the experience for others. It’s a great way to get in tune with your body both mentally and physically. She loves all types of yoga but has a special place in her heart for yin. Yin is a powerful practice of movement, meditation, and stillness. It’s a great way to slow down during your day.

When she is not teaching she can be found out in nature or hanging with her 3 cats.
